It is July 1962, and you are invited to a garden party at the Priest House by the tenacious Hilda Coles to promote the opening of her new museum. A glittering array of local notables are invited to the opening but are all the guests quite as they seem? Are there grudges still lurking within the local history societies?
As the speeches begin in the garden, one of the guests of honour is still missing, and on investigation, they are found murdered. The public must help investigate this terrible crime, by splitting into teams and interrogating the six suspects positioned around the museum.
With refreshments available from the tea room, baffling suspects who will evade your questioning – will you have solved the mystery before time, or the scones, run out?
As well as your welcome drink on arrival, a bar and other refreshments will be available throughout the evening to keep the ‘little grey cells’ working.

Although the event starts outside in the garden, as the interrogation intensifies you will be exploring inside the museum. Arrive in the spirit of the ‘game’ in 1960s retro attire and see whether your team or family can solve the mystery before the grand reveal.
